The hotel is located in a beautiful mountainous area with stunning views of the Pyrenees. It is conveniently close to the town center, making it easy to explore. The rooms are spacious and the staff is friendly and helpful, ensuring a comfortable stay. Additionally, the breakfast provided is outstanding with a variety of options to choose from.

The facilities are a bit outdated and in need of refurbishment.

I loved having a drink on the terrace while enjoying the views of the pool. The staff was so helpful, they even gave me recommendations for kayaking activities. And the food at the restaurant was a delicious taste of tradition!

The broken toilet door really added a touch of adventure to my stay. How exciting!

Loved the daily menu, the staff gave me the wildest suggestions for skiing and kayaking, and the tiny outdoor pool was perfect for my water aerobics routine.

We had a great value for our money at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect for exploring the beautiful surroundings. The staff were very friendly and attentive, making our stay even more enjoyable.

The menu for breakfast could use a bit more variety.

Clean rooms - very comfortable bed, and a nice bath. Great location for exploring the mountains and skiing in La Molina - Font Romeu, and even Pas de la Casa. Lots of charm and good places to eat. The hostess takes personal responsibility for making everyone feel at home and comfortable.

    100% Recommend.

The breakfast here was outstanding, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. The staff was incredibly friendly and always went out of their way to ensure that I had a great stay. The spacious room was also a huge plus, giving me plenty of space to relax and unwind after a long day of exploring the beautiful surroundings. the location of the hotel was ideal for those traveling by car, with easy access to nearby attractions and ample parking available.

The rooms could use a bit of updating, as the decor and finishes felt a bit outdated. the noise from the nearby road was noticeable at times, making it a bit difficult to sleep with the windows open.

our recent stay in Puigcerda exceeded expectations. Martinez was exceptional - friendly staff, spacious rooms, and a beautiful environment with the Pyrénées backdrop. The hostess, in particular, went above and beyond to make us feel at home.

The culinary experience at this family-run hotel was a true delight. The restaurant served traditional cuisine that was so delicious, it was like a warm embrace from a loving Mediterranean grandmother. Each dish was a symphony of flavors, perfectly orchestrated to tantalize my taste buds.

    Sockets.

I had a fantastic stay at a hotel in a great location. The room was spacious and comfortable, perfect for a good night's rest. I loved the vintage decor and unique artifacts throughout the property. The fact that they accept pets was a big plus for me. The lady owner was friendly and gave the place an authentic charm. The breakfast was delicious, although I wish they had organic options. I had a wonderful experience and would definitely consider staying here again.

The rooms at Hotel Martinez are functional and come equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The flat-screen TV is great for relaxing in the evenings, and the desk is handy for catching up on work. The private bathroom with a bath is a luxurious touch.

Personally, I found the bidet in the private bathroom to be unnecessary.

My stay at this hotel was absolutely mind-blowing! The hotel may have an old style, but my room was super clean and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The receptionist was not only helpful but also really interesting - she shared stories about her skiing sons, which made for great conversations. The breakfast was delicious and had a good variety. The location of the hotel was ideal, as it was close to the picturesque old town and served as a great base for crossing the Pyrenees. The staff, including the owners, were incredibly friendly and made our stay a jaw-dropping pleasure, offering great food and ensuring we had a peaceful night's sleep. The town of Puigcerda had some fantastic restaurants and bars, and the nearby lake was definitely worth a visit. Plus, the hotel was pet-friendly, which was a huge plus for us. The decor throughout the property had a charming 50's mountain vibe, with old maps and an impressive old phone central. The bar was a perfect spot to relax with a good book or browse through my national geographic magazine. The price of the breakfast was reasonable for the quality, and the location was quiet and easily accessible. this hotel provided an outstanding experience with its free wi-fi in public areas, off-site car park, bar/lounge area, snack bar, picnic area with tables. Plus, there was a children's play area and cots available, and the hotel was strict about maintaining a smoke-free environment.
